Back at IBM after a 2 year hiatus to Hong Kong, Danielle brings with her renewed perspective and global insights as she’s taken over the IBM Connections portfolio. Responsible for the product bringing in over $200M in annual revenue for the IBM Collaboration Solutions, she’s defined her own personal brand as one of technology with style. Leading the charge as the Director of Product Management, she’s changing IBM Connections to be a thing of beauty, with its complexity hidden in its simplicity of the user experience. Delivering outcomes that matter to the line of business is paramount to her mission, and speed to market makes all the difference to her customers, partners, and her team.
Spending most of her career focused on client experiences in onsite consulting roles, Project Management, and leadership in various Support environments, Danielle understands the importance of driving client experiences that are efficient in both their execution and their deployment. Changing the way we work doesn’t mean replacing what you have, but continuing to evolve your business to be ready for the next waves of new generational work styles, artificial intelligence instrumentation, and automation.
Danielle calls Boston home; living near one of IBM’s largest global software labs in Littleton, Massachusetts. You’ll find her there, on the water with her family, or doing a bit of globetrotting visiting her customers, partners, and her team. She continues to gain new insights into how her team can transform the way we work so we can be efficient, present in our relationships, both personal and professional, and leverage key partnerships to drive joint solutions that matter for our customers.
