Alan is the chief advocate for IBM Connections and Watson Work. In my role he gets to lead an incredibly talented group of business professionals who listen to customer needs and help them become more productive, communicative and profitable. His approach to helping customers is to be extremely practical – focus on the issues, identify where we can help and apply IBM Connections and Watson Work to those solutions for immediate benefit. The attitude “we’ve always done it that way”, and “you’ll never do that” drives him to prove that it can be done. He regularly encourage everyone he meet to not be a sheep – but to find their own path that they can own.
